Postage and Delivery
Standard postage and handling fees of $15.00.
Delays are expected of up to 7 days on all delivery items due to COVID. Delivery can take up to 2 weeks at this stage.
Your order will be packed and shipped out within 4 days from placing your order. We are a 1 Lady team here so your patients is greatly appreciated.
Please allow furniture items to take up to 4 weeks. This is due to increased work on the couriers due to COVID.
We will Refund or exchange for any damaged or faulty items. This means items that arrived damaged or do not do as described or faulty. The item must be returned to us to complete the refund. We need to be notified of your intention to claim a refund within 7 days of receiving your goods. After this date there will be no exceptions.
We DO NOT refund for change of mind at this stage.
AS we are a small business we can not cover postage for items where a return or exchange is required, where the fault is not our own.
No rienchecks on sales or offers.
We can Not offer a refund or exchange on an item that has been incorrectly assembled by the buyer.
