Frequently Asked Questions

How long after I place an order, will I have my order in my hot little hands?

From the time you place an order it can take 1-3 days to pack and have the courier collect the item. Depending what state you live in, it can take approximately 7-10 days Max.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is $15.00 flat rate. When you spend $200 or more Shipping is FREE.

What happens if my parcel arrives damaged or broken?

If your parcel arrives damaged or broken, you need to notify us within 24 hrs with photos of the outside of the box with the label and damaged goods. We will do our best to replace the item. If we don't have any stock of that particular item, we will offer another item to the same value or refund the item.

What happens if my parcel is lost, does not show up or stolen?

If your parcel has been marked as delivered safely but you have not received it. We ask that you check your whole property.                                                      Ask your Neighbour if they picked it up. We will do our best to track the item down down for you by contacting the courier. If the item is not located we normally don't replace or refund as this is out of our hands. We will do our best to work this out with you to come to a resolution.   

What if I change my mind on a purchase?

At this stage we DO NOT accept refunds for change of mind, but can give a credit note to use in our store at your convenience.

Standard postage and handling fees of $15.00.

 

We will Refund or exchange for any damaged or faulty items. This means items that arrived damaged or do not do as described or faulty. The item must be returned to us to complete the refund. We need to be notified of your intention to claim a refund within 7 days of receiving your goods. After this date there will be no exceptions.

We DO NOT refund for change of mind at this stage.

AS we are a small business we can not cover postage for items where a return or exchange is required, where the fault is not our own.

No rienchecks on sales or offers.

We can Not offer a refund or exchange on an item that has been incorrectly assembled by the buyer.
